The Tennessee NIL Leadership & Innovation Commission (TNLIC) is dedicated to advancing Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) education, certification, and ethical practices and support for students, athletes, institutions, leaders, and stakeholders within Tennessee’s sports landscape.
The Commission’s mission is to empower athletes, colleges, universities, and agents through comprehensive programs, standards, and resources that promote transparency, equality, and leadership in the evolving NIL space.
TNLIC serves as the central hub for NIL education, cultural competency, and socio-economic development, ensuring that athletes and institutions navigate the complex NIL ecosystem with integrity and success.
